Some of the key responsibilities will include
Be the in-house brand ambassador to ensure all the staff are well-educated about the brand and products to build their knowledge.
Liaise with externals to customize and plan the core training and seminars to develop the best techniques to meet sales target.
Prepare and conduct internal trainings and related materials to different teams based on their needs.
Collect feedbacks from staff to evaluate the effectiveness of trainings for better inductions planning.
Ensure the internal training records and system are up to date for future tracking and analysis purposes.
To be eligible for this role you will require
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in-house training in retail industry, beauty / skincare brand will be an advantage.
High fluency in both written and verbal English, Cantonese, and Mandarin with strong communication skills.
Great team player to build staffs’ sense of belongings to the firm.
High flexibility and capable to adapt to fast paced environment also with strong motivational skills.
