Some of the key responsibilities will include

  • Be the in-house brand ambassador to ensure all the staff are well-educated about the brand and products to build their knowledge.
  • Liaise with externals to customize and plan the core training and seminars to develop the best techniques to meet sales target.
  • Prepare and conduct internal trainings and related materials to different teams based on their needs.
  • Collect feedbacks from staff to evaluate the effectiveness of trainings for better inductions planning.
  • Ensure the internal training records and system are up to date for future tracking and analysis purposes.
  • To be eligible for this role you will require

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in-house training in retail industry, beauty / skincare brand will be an advantage.
  • High fluency in both written and verbal English, Cantonese, and Mandarin with strong communication skills.
  • Great team player to build staffs’ sense of belongings to the firm.
  • High flexibility and capable to adapt to fast paced environment also with strong motivational skills.
