Maintain good communication with local & Japanese clients, local operations team & Japan headquarter
Arrange small parcels shipment for E-commerce Business
Handle daily incoming inquiries and call
High school graduate or above
3 years customer service or operations experience preferably gained from logistics company
E-Commerce experience would be advantage
Client focus with excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Japanese
Native Japanese (N1) is highly preferred
Good PC skills (Excel, Word, Word Processing)
