About the role
As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in helping build and scale StockX, during a time of high growth. You will be focused on bringing top talent to the Functional teams you are assigned to support (Corporate Functions, Customer Service, Operations / Supply Chain).
You will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting and proactively developing talent strategies that will help drive the business to meet their goals while being the subject matter expert on the StockX recruiting process.
You will partner leaders and inform on hiring strategies to hire the right people for every job where they can make the biggest impact.
What you'll do
Develop recruitment strategies with hiring teams throughout the process
Partner with teams on pro-active recruitment efforts to create pipeline of talent
Execute full cycle recruiting processes, and deliver an effective and efficient hiring process that provides positive experiences for candidates and hiring teams
Create an incredible candidate experience for every prospect you interact with and act as a positive ambassador to the brand
Confidently handles objections from candidates and the business and is a diplomatic and confident advisor to all parties involved
Builds an inclusive and objective hiring process and ensures that candidate is assessed against the appropriate competencies
Minimum of 3 years of full cycle recruiting experience preferably with a focus on Corporate Functions, Supply Chain, or Customer Service
Ability to attract candidates using various sources
Ability to build recruiting strategies and manage searches for different functions in the organization and all levels
Proven experience working with hiring leaders at different levels
Knowledgeable about diversity, equity & inclusion sourcing
