As a Commercial Manager for North Asia for Google Cloud Global Business Practices, you will serve as a strategic business partner to sales teams, accelerating agreement timelines while mitigating commercial and agreement risk across all Google Cloud products.
You will combine market knowledge with tech industry savvy to discuss cost-effective solutions that support Google Cloud’s growth.
You will ensure customers’ needs are addressed, and build and maintain relationships with sales teams, internal cross-functional teams, and customer consultants.

Partner with sales teams early in the business cycle to drive proposal development and shape enterprise agreements.
Engage directly with enterprise customers to lead commercial and agreement consultations, independently handling objections, socializing customer requests with internal stakeholders, and coordinating approvals.
Build productive relationships and feedback loops with teams to accelerate agreements, drive continuous process improvement, attend forecast calls, staff meetings, and business reviews to keep apprised of priorities.
Introduce prospective customers to cloud concepts, norms and industry standards. Draft term sheets and provide customer-facing analysis demonstrating value of the Google solution.
Collaborate with other Global Business Practices team members and other internal teams (e.g., legal, sales, billing, finance, accounting) to ensure product fulfillment.
Minimum qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Science, Economics, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience leading agreement consultation and management and / or experience in an executive sales role in a technology company.
Experience developing agreements, project management, and financial modeling.
Preferred qualifications :
Experience developing complex agreements (e.g. drafting, redlining, negotiating) at a technology firm.
Project management skills along with the ability to lead and handle multiple time-sensitive projects.
Knowledge of financial modeling, commercial Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
Ability to clearly present analytical findings used to influence internal and external leadership.
