Responsibilities :

  • Assist in daily compensation and benefits administration
  • Involve in payroll preparation and MPF administration
  • Maintain and update employee attendance and leave records and filling systems
  • Liaise with frontline managers for HR documents handling and payroll related matters
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned
  • Requirements :

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources Management is preferable
  • Detail-minded, proactive, good communication skill
  • Proficient in PC applications, English and Chinese Word Processing
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
