Responsibilities :

Handle full set of I / E documents

Liaise with clients and suppliers independently

Prepare quotation for clients and suppliers

Arrange shipment schedule

  • Assist in general merchandising duties when needed
  • Provide full range of administrative duties for the Director

    Scheduling and arrange all meetings and appointment for MD

    Air ticket and hotel reservation

    Requiriements :
  • F.5 or above
  • F.5 or above
  • 2- 3 years relevant experience
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure
