Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation.
In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Act as part of the PMO team member for planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables
Perform portfolio governance, drive PMO best practices, put together updates, and create material and metrics for various governance meetings
Worked with different stakeholders, communicating the work objectives, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards
Ensures execution and delivery meets business expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline and cost.
Supports resource planning for delivery / execution
Degree holder, strong communication skills English
3 - 5 years banking work experience in Project Management experience,
Strong project governance mind set, Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies with across multiple teams
Very good in excel (strong Pivot table
Independent and strong team player
Analytical mind and can solve problems.
