Roles and Responsibilities :
Agency Activities Management (80%)
Communicate and build relationship with agency support and push CS business
Communicate and build relationships with agents for business development
Keep abreast of market development and deliver key initiatives to agents
Provide professional and technical advice to agents and prospective customers
Provide help desk at agency' offices, if applicable
Financial Management (15%)
Effectively monitor the sales performances of assigned intermediaries to ensure their strategic targets such as VONB / ANP, OPAT and Excess EV Growth is met
Other Responsibilities (5%)
Perform any other duties and projects as assigned
Minimum Job Requirements :
University graduate with minimum 4 years working experience, preferably with insurance companies
Good product knowledge
Good communication skills
Good command of English and Chinese
Tactful interpersonal relationship
Good presentation skills
Self-motivated and customer orientated
Preferably IIQE (paper 1,2,3 & 4) licensed
You are required to obtain relevant licence if your job involves in regulated activities
