Job Description

Major Responsibilities :

  • Empowering Sales into their daily activity by attending client meetings and providing support where and whenever needed with the final goal of reducing operational workload
  • Build and improve relationships between Sales, Clients and our internal stakeholders
  • Operational execution and facilitation of transactions ranging from Capital Markets (Equity / Debt), M&A Advisory and Loans (Bilateral / Syndicated / Club / Non-Trade)
  • Quarterbacking deal lifecycle including but not limited to initiating the deal process, raising screening requests, assist in obtaining relevant approvals ranging from Business Management, Conflicts and other teams in the process
  • Partner with the Wholesale KYC Operations (WKO) Client Office and Compliance teams to assess documentation requirements for new client legal entity on-boarding
  • Ensuring that product specific KYC and AML requirements are completed before signing of legally binding agreement or mandates
  • Timely client communication and fast resolution to issues faced with the help of digitalized solutions (Data Analytics, OKR, KPIs, process improvements)
  • Participate in regional meetings to proactively identify areas to add value and potential roadblocks
  • Monitor, report and escalate control breaches
  • Skills & Experience :

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Client Servicing or Client facing roles within Financial Services
  • Previous experience and knowledge of Capital Markets and Loan products
  • Project management experience with knowledge on data analysis tool is an advantage
  • Comfortable dealing with clients / senior executives on a regular or ad hoc basis
  • Self-motivated to work independently and on broad based teams
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability and drive to take full ownership of processes
  • Strong partnership and coordination skills
  • Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities
  • Proactive / self-starter with the ability to deliver value-added support to business partners and clients in a dependable, timely and accurate manner
