Responsibilities :

  • Driving revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction in the organization’s FSI accounts in Hong Kong.
  • Managing and maintaining account relationships through senior level engagements.
  • Developing strategies for profit and pricing proposals, as well as communicate and understand Total Cost of Ownership, industry trends, and critical success factors for an effective rollout.
  • Engaging with extended teams in responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals), product transition plans, and resource planning.
  • To retain, develop, manage large customers and accounts
  • Penetrate competitive accounts
  • Deliver excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationship
  • Understand customer needs and challenges to propose appropriate solutions
  • Job Requirement :

  • 6-8 years proven track record in strategic selling to C level executives, strong Inter-personal and communications skills, demonstrated team building, leadership and the ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements concurrently.
  • Degree in any relevant field
  • Candidate must have an entrepreneurial approach that is imaginative, smart, Passionate, and approachable
  • Excellent sales track record
  • Strong network with business partner / distributor
