Responsibilities

  • Responsible for HR functions : perform recruitment, payroll calculation, compensation, MPF and group insurance
  • Handle all-rounded office administration functions : general office security, central filing, manage office contracts and supplies
  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support
  • Organize corporate events such as Annual Dinner & Christmas party
  • Assist ad hoc HR & Admin. projects
  • Form 5 or above
  • 3 years solid experience in HR & office administration
  • Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and MPF regulations
  • Cheerful, detail-oriented, initiative and independent
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • Holidays : Bank Holiday
