  • Collect business requirements, perform gap analysis and translate requirements into user stories
  • Maintain underwriting rule according to business requirement or user stories
  • Participate in the planning & execution of user acceptance test
  • Description

  • Collect business requirements, perform gap analysis and translate business requirement into system solution
  • Craft and improve underwriting rules in rule engines
  • Perform unit test on rule decision and functionality in rule engine before UAT promotion, arrange and support UAT with business users
  • Assist team lead & business users to define system testing scope and scenarios, prepare test cases and encouraged outcomes
  • Support production issue and fix arrangement with IT
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in business analysis or system solution design
  • Proven experience on programming or rule maintenance
  • Knowledge of insurance industry, preferable in digital journey of new business and / or underwriting automation
  • Strong analytical, presentation and problem-solving capability
  • Good inter-personal and communication skill
  • Able to multi-tasking and work proactively
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel and Visio
