Purpose of the role
This position is responsible for financial planning of Richemont’s Brands in Hong Kong & Macau markets, and works in close partnership with Brands’ Managing Directors to drive and manage the planning cycles.
This position reports to Regional Brand Controller(s).
Act as Finance business partner of Brand’s Hong Kong and Macau’s Managing Directors and / or departmental directors to support them on business decision making and resource allocation process
Brand Financial Planning :
Prepare, manage & drive Brands’ planning process of Hong Kong and Macau entities according to the guidelines from HQ and regional office, ensuring the delivery of qualitative and accurate financial information in areas of :
Strategic business plan
Yearly budget and
Investment Proposal and Analysis
Prepare, manage & drive Brand’s investment review and approval (CAR) process
Business Simulation and Analysis :
Support Brand’s decision-making process on business performance management with financial analysis and simulation
Work on transversal financial analysis for Hong Kong and Macau markets
Support ad hoc analysis required by management
Requirements : Experience
University graduate with minimum 5 years finance or accounting experience, ideally with 2 years financial planning & analysis or controlling experience of sizable Multi-nationals.
Strong technical skills and accuracy in managing high volume of data with complexity
Highly process-driven and systematic in approach
Well knowledge in MS Excel is a must
Knowledge in SAP / SAC systems will be an advantage
Excellent communication and presentation skills
High level of personal integrity and motivation, trustworthy and reliable
Good metal agility and able to sort out priorities from complexities
Able to deal with ambiguities, flexible and able to delivers under tough and changing conditions
Effective stakeholder management in matrix environment
