Handle order follow-up
Prepare sales confirmation and purchase orders
Assist in sample-handling and quotation preparation
Input and update order processing information to ERP system
Maintain detailed documentation throughout all phases of order
Closely monitor order status to facilitate on-time delivery
Form 7 or above
At least one year work experience preferred (fresh graduate will also be considered)
Computer literacy, ERP experience preferred
Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
Well organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
