Process complex policy alteration and transactions which cannot be straight through electronic platform / automation and to provide best-in-class services which are operationally effective and in line with departmental service propositions and SOP
Work with team leaders and related stakeholders (such as Compliance, Finance and Complaint team) to handle and resolve special requests, complicated enquires and cases.
Supervise junior / temp staff on their daily processing work, provide on job training, case sharing to maximize team members’ productivity.
Identify operation and service gaps, propose ideas which contribute to operation excellence. Support project and system enhancement initiatives by providing high level user requirements and comments on system design.
Job Requirements :
Diploma / Degree Holder, preferably with professional insurance qualifications
Minimum 5 years of solid experience in policy service operation or equivalent
Ability to multi-task and handle pressure of a fast-paced environment
Good analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
Familiar with MS Office and Chinese typing
