To maintain & provide necessary tool and useful data for Front Office to cope with the daily tasks and duties.
Promoting easy access of information and driving better Front Office & client communications
Responsible for handling various Front Office operations, including but not limited to cheque / physical share certificate deposit / withdrawal, and related operational support
Handling mass data processing, consolidation, reporting to assist Front Office’s monitoring in various control and remediation exercises.
Providing administrative support to Front Office, including but not limited to the preparation of various account opening or maintenance documentations and marketing material
Provide administrative support and assistance in ad hoc projects from time to time
Knowledge and Skills
1-3 years experience in banking operations and middle office, preferably in private banking business or wealth management
Detail minded, mature, tactful, independent, initiative and well organized
Strong control sense, able to identify potential risk and provide valid recommendations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritise and work independently
Good command of written and verbal English and Chinese
Proficiency in MS Excel, Marco, PowerPoint and Word is a must
Good team player
