Your field of responsibility
The position is for the head of the business engineer team across all APAC markets, interacting with Trade Management teams in Hong Kong, Japan and India, and which includes the following responsibilities :
Be the subject matter expert within the APAC Securities within the change program.

Securities Trading Services supports both Equity and Fixed income cash business. The role requires direct interaction with regional and global partners in both Business & IT to drive all operational related implementation.
We are looking for candidate with investment banking experience and project management skills, either in operation or in similar function.
Candidate should possess excellent communication skills, good problem solving skills, a team-player and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.

Your skills and experience
This team works in a very fast-pace environment, where the teams need to handle different kinds of situations or requests that they may or may not have experienced before.
Therefore, this role would require excellent problem solving skills and team members need to be able to handle pressure and manage difficult situations.
Partner management skills are also key.
