Senior Change Manager
  • Support project / program governance by managing the change management stream's risk, issues, budget, resourcing and schedule.
  • Manage and lead the Change Management stream.
  • Lead the completion of business impact analysis.
  • Lead the definition of the Change Approach and managing the change schedule.
  • Defining the Stakeholder Engagement Plan and leading engagement of key stakeholder relationships / forums to manage the change.
  • Craft and manage the End-to-End Communications plan and execution of communications (material development to distribution).
  • Develop the Training Plan (including Learning Needs Analysis) and manage the ene-to-end training execution from material development to facilitation.
  • Lead and support the development of business processes and workshops
  • Define metrics and KPIs to measure and monitor the progress og change.
  • University graduate and Master's qualified - preferably in Communications / Marketing, Business or HR related disciplines
  • Prosci or CCMP certified
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills
  • Proficient in English and Cantonese
  • Knowledge of financial services & / or insurance industry desirable.
