Join us in the Product Team, which is one of the key functions within CSAM Asia Pacific, with professionals in Tokyo, Hong Kong and Singapore.

A strategic opportunity as a Product Specialist to bolster our coverage of Institutional Clients and Private Banks in Non-Japan Asia.

Your responsibilities include the overall support of coverage of external distribution channels for driving asset raising, client servicing and asset retention of Asset Management products.

You have the opportunity to serve as a liaison between Investment Teams globally and distribution channels to ensure flawless communication and delivery of relevant product information.

The Product Specialists are an integral part of the team that delivers and services Asset Management offerings to Institutions, Private Banks and other Distribution Channels.

As part of the role, the Product Specialist team collaborates with Distribution Team in the sales process and client servicing.

The Team handles product support requirements of Private Banks and other Distributors. You will have the opportunity to learn-on-the-job with experienced Product Specialists and colleagues who are supportive in achieving common business objectives.

Your skills and experience

We are looking for :

  • Bachelor Degree with a major in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business Administration is essential
  • Proven experience in a sales or business support role at an investment firm, asset manager, alternatives firm or bank
  • Outstanding interpersonal-skills with the ability to engender trust and demonstrate accountability with internal partners
  • Highly collaborative with a focus on making a strong contribution to a high-achieving team
  • Proven ability to prioritize and balance multiple requests, without compromising standards
  • Dedication and motivation to deliver results
  • Proficiency in English is required. Ability to provide written and verbal follow up in Mandarin will be valued. This is due to the need for the role to liaise with Chinese investors
