Key responsibilities and requirements :
Qualification in Environmental Science, ESG and Sustainability, Sustainable Finance, Environmental Management, PhD or MPhil is preferable.
10-15 years of Experience in environmental consultancy or environment focused on non-governmental organizations is an advantage.
A good grasp of any of the following would be an advantage : UNPRI, ESG raters and rankers; GRI / SASB sustainability reporting, Low Carbon Economy Transition, Climate Change.
Self-starter / team player.
Knowledge of EHS / ESG due diligence, ESG ecosystem, Sustainable Finance, Sustainability / ESG reporting, IFC Performance Standards is an advantage.
Provide subject matter expertise to a wide range of projects as part of multidisciplinary teams and to manage and deliver projects that are primarily in the ESG Advisory.
Demonstrable team management experience is preferable.
Contribute to proposals and project delivery.
Excellent report writing skills. Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential. Chinese or other Asian language is an advantage.
Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to work in team is essential.
Strong skills with MS Office applications.
Deepening client relationships and business development.
Project management and using strong commercial acumen.
Manage, develop and grow a team of environmental consultants.
Experience in team management and people development.
