About Our Client
Our client is a US based industry brand that have a rich history within the Aerospace market. With the Headquarter in US and employees across the globe and over 50 air crafts.
Provide support in staff enquiry, exit process, visa application, staff development & internal transfer.
Assist in general support, e.g. data input, filing, and other clerical support;
Perform ad-hoc HR duties as assigned by HR Manager and the team.
Assists in employment activities from pre-employment to post offer such as offer letter preparation, reference check, work permit application and benefits enrolment.
Manage full spectrum of talent acquisition function for specific Business Units
Monitor the performance of recruitment channels
The Successful Applicant
University graduate in Human Resources Management or a related discipline
Minimum 2 years' stable HR experience
Strong interpersonal skills, willing to learn and high attention to details
A team player with good Chinese and English written and verbal communication skills
