The appointee will join the Dean’s Office of HKUST Business School in providing general administrative and clerical support to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the office.
handle and deliver mails / parcels within and outside campus; manage AV equipment and venue facilities; and perform other duties as assigned.
Applicants should have completed secondary school education or above, preferably with at least two years of relevant work experience.
Experience in hospitality industry or customer service would be an advantage. The ideal candidate should have a service-
and fluency in Chinese with good spoken English and Putonghua are essential. Working outside normal office hours is required.
Duration : 2 years, renewable)
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided.
A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
