Job Responsibilities :

  • Perform printer, copy, fax, mail, scan and / or other ad hoc general administrative duties as needed according to established procedures
  • Email communication
  • Maintain inventory of and distribute stationery in accordance with Firm guidelines
  • Handle conference room reservation / schedule
  • General administrative / clerical support
  • Job Requirements :

  • Diploma or above in related disciplines
  • Minimum 1 years of work experience - preferably in the administration field
  • Proactive, well organized and good interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in both written & spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office applications
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome
