Trading Central is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Success Specialist (Full-time, Entry Level) to join our Customer Success team to handle incoming and outgoing communication from our clients in the APAC region.

Role Description :

  • Managing your own client portfolio in the APAC region
  • On-board and support your clients throughout their client journey
  • Managing product campaigns to provide new ideas and solutions to our clients
  • Engage with customers providing confidence in our solutions and enhance continued customer loyalty
  • Engage with clients on a regular base depending on the CS tier to improve the relationship and expand our network
  • Maintaining and updating client records in our CRM systems
  • Assisting clients and escalate their queries to the relevant departments
  • Ongoing professional development
  • Communicating via email, chat and video channels internally as well as externally
  • Entry-level position
  • Reporting to the Global Director, Customer Success
  • Working closely with 1 member of the CS team in the APAC region
  • Liaising with other CS team members and with all other TC departments globally on a regular basis
  • Requirements Education, Skills and Competencies :

  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field (Business, Financial degree or similar)
  • Fluent in English written and oral
  • Additional language, preferably Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) would be an asset
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Pro-active and can do’ attitude, thinking outside the box
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills seeing challenges not problems
  • Time management, excellent organizational and prioritising skills
  • Experience working directly with customers
  • Interested in financial services environment and financial markets
  • Technical understanding is beneficial.
  • Knowledge in Trading Central products is a plus
  • Travel may be required (depending on COVID-19 guidelines at present)
