PLM Project Manager

5-7 years relevant experience in Apparel Industry

Good command of written and spoken English

Excellent project management, especially in PLM

Ability to understand cross-functional processes, even if that is not the person’s own expertise

Ability to problem-solve, gain buy-in and make decisions under pressure

Ability to be self-directed and reprioritize one’s own daily tasks without much supervision

Good personal skills and intuition to understand the appropriate type of communication for each unique situation


Business Process : Includes problem solving and follow up on any business process issues, documenting solutions and facilitating buy-in with users

User Acceptance Testing : Includes providing test scenarios, confirming necessary data is set up for testing scenarios and following up on defects and issues in partnership with the supporting IT team

Training Preparation : Includes completing training manual steps, assisting project manager with logistics for training sessions, ensuring production data is loaded before go-

live and any other training readiness tasks

Training Execution : Includes administering and delivering actual training courses as well as supporting other trainers in a facilitator role

Support : Execute business user onboarding activities and provide deep level business support after go-live. Includes facilitating Super User meetings, conducting hindsight sessions and prioritizing enhancement requests.

Most importantly, this includes identifying significant business risks and executing solutions (usually process workarounds) to mitigate risks in the immediate and long terms.
