Duties

The candidate will be responsible for providing supervision, direction and leadership to all Front Office personnel under the guidance of Rooms Division Manager & Front Desk Manager in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards establish by the Hotel.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree holder in Hospitality Management
  • At least 4 years working experience with minimum 2 year at supervisory position
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Experience in the Opera PMS system is preferable
  • Good interpersonal skills and leadership skill
  • Service oriented with pleasant personality
