Job Description : Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Directly report to the Managing Director
  • Drive and lead the recruitment function to provide professional support and advice on recruitment to line and department managers
  • Analyze, develop and implement comprehensive C&B programs and policies
  • Maintaining high accuracy of payroll data in HRIS, and ensure all employee records are up-to-date
  • Implement recruitment related projects, e.g. manpower planning, e-recruitment, competency-based interview assessment, campus recruitment, recruitment day,
  • Assist in reviewing and updating the HR policies, ensuring compliance to HK labor ordinance and other local regulations
  • Compile regular HR related statistics and reports for management review
  • Manage HRIS administration
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Minimum5 years solid experience in Human Resources functions in sizable company
  • Well-versed in Labour Ordinance and other HR related ordinance
  • Good teamleader with strong interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate available preferred
