Senior Order Desk Officer

What you will do

  • Complete RFQ process with quotations within the target timeline
  • Handle order process including sales order & PO management, regular report and delivery schedule update to customers
  • Maintain and enhance order desk related database
  • Follow up and liaise with internal stakeholders for customer target achievement
  • Support and meet the order desk KPI
  • Execute the workflow changes before and after improved systems
  • Execute quickly and adapt to fast-paced, rapid expanding business and customer base
  • Handle other ad hoc duties per assigned
  • What you will need

  • Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management or Business related fields
  • Minimum 4 years solid experience in order management process; candidate with less experience will be considered as Order Desk Officer
  • High level of accuracy and strong analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, SAP, Business Warehouse and data analytical tools / skills
  • Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while working efficiently and effectively
  • Strong team player with collaboration skills with teams from international level
  • Proficient in English (verbal and writing) and Mandarin
