ETC Hong Kong is seeking a Regional Sales Manager who is knowledgeable and proficient with theatrical and architectural lighting products.
The ideal applicant will work out of the Hong Kong Office, be an experienced sales manager from within the lighting industry, who is excited to promote ETC products and focus on key clients.

Representative Responsibilities :
Strategic, tactical and operational management of key clients on senior management levels
Identify sales opportunities and distribution paths
Set discount structure, price levels and motivation for new business for the individual dealer or distributor
Support and assist the dealers or distributors with consultants, lighting designers and end users
Provide demonstration and training on equipment for consultants, lighting designers, dealers, distributors and end users
Attend trade shows as requested by Sales Manager
Collect inputs and needs of the territory & communicate these to marketing, product managers and tech service
Generate monthly territory reports
Build and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, and potential clients
Maintain a reputable profile within the industry (this may include participation of industry organizations or similar)
Acts as an internal company liaison when necessary
Helps fix problems and obstacles internally that customers may have
Other duties as assigned
Complete special projects and requests in a timely and positive fashion
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Several years of commercial / technical background and experience from the lighting industry preferred
Strong background in theatrical / broadcast / architectural lighting design preferred
Sales experience
International exposure preferred
Knowledge of ETC product line and equivalent competition are advantage
Knowledge of HES product line and equivalent competition is a plus
Ability to understand the strategic, tactical and operational tasks which must be fulfilled
Fluent spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Excellent written Chinese and English
Independent, self-motivated and responsible
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to travel throughout the designated region
Ability to keep a flexible schedule
Computer skills, including MS Office
CRM, ERP background is a plus
