Our client is a well-established, sizable and popular global apparel brand with branches across the globe.
Manage the operation of franchise business as well as define strategy to assist the franchisees to achieve the sales goals
Ensure all operation and sales activities are consistence with the Brand’s objectives, image / VM, guidelines and policies
Define and manage the KPIs of franchise stores and measure the performance in various aspects, including but not limited to average transaction value, units per transaction, manufacturer selling price, inventory level, productivity, etc.
Conduct in-depth sales analysis and monitor the productivity thru monitoring the sell-thru data, hence to identify performance gaps and support merchandise planning and buying decision
Manage the P&L of franchisees and perform budgeting and controlling
Work closely with marketing team and provide input on sales & marketing strategy and action plans; drive the execution in franchise stores and ensure the alignment with corporate / business standard
Provide support on all other franchise related issues, such as sourcing and development, store construction and maintenance, etc.
Requirement : :
Bachelor degree or above in any discipline
5+ years of experience in retail management gained from international brand(s)
Experience in Account Manager + Retail Management + Buying / Merchandise Planning + Sell-thru analysis
Strong business acumen, numerical sense and analytical skill
Strategic thinking, organized, highly presentable
Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
