The Division

The Customer and International Business Development Division (C&I) is responsible for providing quality wagering experience to local and overseas customers of The Hong Kong Jockey Club.

It operates 88 Race Meetings a year, 33 Simulcasts days, a thrice-weekly Mark 6 Draw, 7X24 Digital Channels, 7X24 Football Betting Services on over 11,000 different leagues per year.

The ultimate aim is to provide an impressive total customer experience leading to sustainable turnover growth in a responsible manner.

You will

work at The Racing Club's dining venues, both Happy Valley and Sha Tin Racecourses on racedays and non-racedays, including Public Holidays

provide quality and efficient customer services to members

handle table reservation, escorting services to members

answer The Racing Club hotline and resolve members’ enquiries in professional manner

provide administrative support for the team

You should have

minimum Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects including Chinese and English Language in HKDSE / HKCEE

good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese

customer-centric and details orientated

professional manner on handling confidential information

hands-on experience of MS Office applications (Word & Excel)

Terms of Employment

Pay-rate : HK$82 per hour

Working Schedule :

9 : 30am-10 : 00pm (4-8 hours per day / 2-3 days per week)

Actual working hours would depend on operational needs.
