Requirements :

Legal experience level : 6+ years PQE (Senior Level)

Ideally with language skills but would consider English only speakers

Must have solid international experience

Mix of leveraged and acquisition financings, real estate financings and special situations transactions

Acting for banks, alternative credit providers and private equity sponsors

Experience in a top tier international firm required
