Job Description :

Our client, a A global leader in security-related services located in Hung Hom is seeking for a Assistant Event Operations Manager to join their dynamic team.


  • Oversee and manage entire operations to ensure delivery of excellent services to our customers during local and overseas Jewellery Fairs
  • Supervise and lead a team of event assistants to ensure smooth execution of operational plan
  • Monitor and control the operating expenses and ensure achieving the budgeted revenue of the Division
  • Maintain strong relationship with customers, event organizers and internal affiliates across the countries
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties in the course of event planning and implementation
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor
  • Requirements

  • Degree holder or above
  • At least 5 years of working experience, preferably in event operations or logistic industry
  • Willing to travel to overseas
  • Strong organization and project coordination skills
  • Able to work under pressure and tight timeline during peak season of events
  • Good communication skills and able to work with people at all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Experienced in handling large scale exhibitions (talking about over 100 exhibitors)

    Salary : up to 30K (Depends on experience)
