Our IT Operations, Systems Assurance and Shenzhen Technology Centre drives and leverages technology refreshment and best practice service management principles, to provide cost-effective and efficient infrastructure and technical environment, system / test assurance, data centre management, and valued end-user services.
You will :
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Develop and update project plans including information such as project objectives, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing.
Coordinate activities of project personnel such as supervise, assign duties and work schedules to team members.
Coordinate third parties / vendors for the execution of projects.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Manage and maintain the relationship with business users, all stakeholders and vendors.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Demonstrate and continually develop leadership skills.
You should have :
Degree in related discipline is preferred
Five (5) year of (full-time equivalent) verifiable IT hardware related experience and vendor management experience is a must
Solid management experience in managing large-scale of IT projects with good communication, interpersonal, presentation and change management skills
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure to meet project deadlines
Willing to work outside office hours and provide 7x24 standby support when required
Certification holder of Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II will be an advantage
Passionate and is a good team player
Good communication skill and problem solving ability
Terms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate.
Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
