Delivering client-centric process improvement across the bank
Accelerate process excellence and execution by digitalization
Find, facilitate and implement practical solutions, yet able to operate at higher / more strategic levels to solve for the right problems
Ensure full compliance and execution of wealth products governance policies and processes to meet internal and group requirements, as well as external requirements such as local regulations
Own, contribute and deliver project tasks as required to deliver significant change outcomes on the ground.
Ensure proper functioning of day-to-day process controls, monitoring of process sales compliance, as well as timely identification and resolution of deficiencies in processes and mitigate the risks.
Revamp the whole sales process to facilitate a better client journey and enhance sales productivity
Drive the implementation of Wealth Projects on system platforms, risk management, and processes simplification & standardisation, etc.
Work closely with Key stakeholders and support functions to formulate, implement and enhance the process in relation to investment and MPF products account opening, selling and deal taking
Monitor and follow through an effective project plan and communication tool, in collaboration with key stakeholders and support functions, to ensure a coherent, seamless delivery of project plan
Work closely with Group Wealth Management COO for country implementation of business test case
Improve and simplify Wealth Management sales process to free up RM sales capacity and improve customer experience, without sacrificing effectiveness of control.
Products sales process simplification and Project implementation.
Drive the implementation of Wealth Projects on system platforms, risk management processes simplification & standardisation

Degree holder, Banking experience in Wealth Management
Proficiencies in Wealth Products and Country regulations
Adequate understanding of sales policies and procedures, governance requirements and audit requirements
Strong execution skills and problem-solving abilities
Be Responsible. Taking ownership and accountability
Strong stakeholder engagement and highly collaborative
Ability to navigate matrix structure and collaborate to achieve desired execution
Interpersonal skills and People management skills. Interest in people / talent development
