Our Property Department is committed to providing integrated, customer-centric, sustainable and cost effective asset management, development management, project managemant and facilities management services to the key Business Units in the Club.
You will :
Lead a Project Team, to plan, monitor and follow up the projects for the residential, quarters & riding schools and ensure all the new building installations in the projects are available for their intended use such that other departments' needs are met.
Coordinate and communicate with the Project Team, Design Team, Facility Management Team, Consultants, Contractors and other related Departments.
Plan, prepare & establish design criteria, directs the preparation of technical drawings, specifications, tender documents and monitors work progress for minor alterations, additions and improvement works in accordance with the statutory requirements.
Conducting annual asset condition reviews, preparing annual budgets, capital works programs and operating budgets for the building installations and to ensure expenses are maintained within budgets.
Organize, develop, train and supervise a team with diverse trade of staff to ensure the technical services are delivered effectively and cost efficiently.
Constant review the operations, service standards and manpower deployment including work methods, performance benchmarking and manpower re-engineering.
Direct and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs so that remedial actions can be taken immediately and effectively to ensure that the business operations are not critically affected.
During the project renovation period, ensure to plan and maintain round the clock operation of all existing building installations to ensure that they are operated safely and efficiently.
Arrange and prepare presentation materials, progress meeting documents and other required documents for OPEX & CAPEX projects when necessary
Engage and co-ordinate consultants & contractors and supervise their work to ensure their services are rendered competently, within budget and program according to service level determined.
You should have :
A degree in building services or electrical / mechanical engineering and a professionally qualified engineer (e.g. HKIE, CIBSE, IFMA, IMechE & IEE) would be an advantage.
A minimum of 8 years of facilities, property or project experience with at least 3 years solid project management experience and be conversant with building, building services, mechanical and electrical engineering technology
Experience in project management & facilities management in properties
Driving license, preferably
