The purpose of this position is to provide assistance to the facility management team to ensure the successful competition of client facility needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensuring timely completion of all FM-services for the site assigned.
Conducting site day to day FM-service based on the understanding of SOW and site FM requirements.
Making daily liaison with the client and end-user, implementing escalation and response time as required.
Ensuring execution of actions align with all established policies and procedures with particular regard to statutory code requirements, essential services certifications, workplace health and safety, building services operation and emergency procedures.
Preparing periodic operation reports as required.
Handle move and change projects when required.
Liaise with BMO to ensure facilities are running smoothly and effectively for daily operation.
Carry out daily workspace inspection to the FM-site making sure health and safety standards are met and arranging for repairs when needed.
Fire Marshals and First Aider recruitment, training and monitoring, organize regular briefing and arrange annual fire drill.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge and Skills :
Degree in Facilities Management or above.
Minimum of 3 years of related experience and / or training. Prior vendor supervisory experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, communicative, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to respond to workplace incidents and to solve problems involving several options in situations.
Strong knowledge of facilities management operations.
Prior facilities coordination experience & basic technical knowledge on office facilities are ideal
High integrity character who is positive and self-confident.
Excellent command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written.
Well-versed in Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications.
Hands-on experience in vendor management preferred.
