Working Location : Hong Kong Island, Kwun Tong and Islands Districts
Job Requirements :
Registered Social Worker;
Diploma or above in Social Work or equivalent;
Have English language (Syllabus B) and Chinese language at Grade E or above in HKCEE or equivalent;
Able to speak in English and Chinese;
Able to speak a minority language such as Urdu, Hindi or Nepal will be an advantage;
Enthusiastic to working with ethnic minorities families;
Starting salary : HK$22,725 up per month.
Job Responsibilities :
Assist the Project-in-Charge to plan and implement a 3-year Pilot Project on Health Support for families of ethnic minorities in Hong Kong Island, Islands and Kwun Tong districts;
Reports and statistic writing;
Connect with local schools, kindergartens, social and medical services organizations;
Render outreaching services, organize programs and groups for children, parents and families on health promotion and management and volunteer training programs;
Collaborate with nurse-led team of CUHK on intake health assessment and health promotion;
Shift Duty (Need to Work on some Saturdays, Sundays and Nights).
