Our client is a luxury fashion and apparel retailer.
The role is responsible to oversee the sales performance of several stores and manage the daily operations that carried out by the teams to ensure a high-level of customer services are delivered to high-end customers and enhance customer satisfactory level.
S / he will also need to play an important role to coach, grow and develop the team to enhance the productivity and maximize the stores’ sales performance.
For operational excellence, work closely with different departments to ensure smooth and effective supports are provided to the stores in terms of products, logistics, merchandising and visual design, etc.
