Job Description

Major Responsibility Areas :

Formulate sales plans for achieving own targets by managing sales opportunities and pipelines. Utilize Customer Touch Management (CTM) to manage opportunities and for reporting purpose.

Develop new end-users, line penetrate and account retention of assigned end-users.

Ensure quality and quantity of face to face meetings with end-users.

Continuously drive upselling to assigned prestigious end-users.

Positively influence and develop distributors’ sales team through day to day interaction.

In charge of own sales capability. Embed Professional Selling Skills / Challenger Sales skills in all sales calls. Actively be engaged in coaching calls and work on feedback from Commercial Excellence team.

He / she works with the team to develop a winning culture and embed the culture of accountability in daily activities.

This position will focus on healthcare segment.

Qualifications and Experience :


University degree preferably with business focus.

1 year sales experience

Result-oriented, outgoing personality, presentable.

Able to work independently under pressure to manage one's own time and resources in order to meet or exceed set objectives.

Fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

Computer literacy and familiar with Excel, Microsoft Word , Power Point


Experience of cold calling

Strong analytic mind and negotiation skills
