You will be responsible for overseeing the distribution function to achieve business targets of the responsible channels.
Formulate and implement business strategies to achieve agreed business targets
Identify new business opportunities and develop distribution network for all assigned channels
Foster relationships with existing business partners
Manage sales performance of various channels through sales performance analysis and evaluation, training and market research
Monitor business activities of sales force to ensure the compliance with relevant laws and regulations
To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes :
University degree in relevant disciplines, preferably with ACII, ANZII (Snr Assoc) or other insurance professional qualifications
Minimum 15 years of experience in general insurance sales management
Strong communication, interpersonal and managerial skills
