Responsible for company’s expenses claim process
Assist to drive process improvement on approval of daily accounting entries and provide guidance on expenses analysis for management approval
Establish appropriate operating expenses approval procedure which in line with compliance
Assist to Improve the effectiveness of internal control systems and accounting information systems
Maintain effective communication with other departments and external parties
Develop team spirit and advising daily accounting operations
Skills Required :
Bachelor degree in accounting or related discipline
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Proficient in Word and Excel
Good problem solving and negotiating skills
Good administrative skills
Fluent in Cantonese and English to cater the role
Good interpersonal skills
Good verbal and written skills
