Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for company’s expenses claim process
  • Assist to drive process improvement on approval of daily accounting entries and provide guidance on expenses analysis for management approval
  • Establish appropriate operating expenses approval procedure which in line with compliance
  • Assist to Improve the effectiveness of internal control systems and accounting information systems
  • Maintain effective communication with other departments and external parties
  • Develop team spirit and advising daily accounting operations
  • Skills Required :

  • Bachelor degree in accounting or related discipline
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
  • Good problem solving and negotiating skills
  • Good administrative skills
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English to cater the role
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good verbal and written skills
