The Technology Consulting Team focuses on helping EY clients solve complex strategic, organization, operational, and technology challenges.
Through a broad scope of engagements, mentoring, and formal learning you will develop your career and be responsible for working directly with clients to understand their challenges and communicate and present EY solutions, managing engagement teams, establishing project approaches, and working with firm expertise to develop team talent and leading business development activities and researching emerging issues in the financial services industry.
Your Key Responsibilities
Design and develop next generation digital / behavioral health insurance propositions and customer experience leveraging your thorough understanding of the insurance sector and emerging technologies (e.
g. IoT, cloud computing, blockchain, AI, data and analytics)
Define the transformation roadmap, including initiative identification and prioritization, aligned with the client’s vision and strategy
Help deliver technology transformation, including the guided approach, liaising with stakeholders, and directing a project team to drive completion of activities
Support, design, and coordinate business development activities
To qualify for the role, you must have
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or technology disciplines
Over 3 years of previous work experience in a consulting practice, insurance industry, and / or start up in at least one of the following areas : digital transformation, technology strategy, solution development.
Additional experience in health platform technology is a plus (e.g., InsureMO, Actisure, Majesco)
Deep understanding of the health insurance industry, including market dynamics, innovations, broad value chain, business processes, and technology
Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data, investigate and identify core issues and root causes, and evaluate and design solutions
Proven project management experience with a track record on working with complex business transformation programs
Fluency in English and Cantonese / Mandarin, with proficient verbal and written presentation skills
