Our client is a well-established European home appliance manufacturer with their business covering worldwide - providing innovative and high tech solutions.

They are currently seeking an Assistant CS Manager in Hong Kong to lead the team and ensure a high quality standard service to their B2B clients.

Main duties and responsibilities

To cope with the business growth, the assistant manager for major upcoming management including :

  • Directly report to the Head of the Department.
  • Assist on managing the CS teams to handle all sorts of request and complaints from different channels
  • Ensure a high standard of maintenance service quality from the team
  • Provide proper training depends on the team's need
  • Work closely with all related internal & external parties (potential partners, sales & marketing agencies etc.)
  • Candidate Profile

    To be successful in this role, you will have the below skills and experience :

  • Bachelor degree holder
  • 10+ years solid experience in CS and team leading
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Culture
