The opportunity

A new opportunity has arisen to join us in a newly created role as a Benefits and Wellbeing Senior Adviser, APAC . This is the first dedicated wellbeing role for the Firm globally.

This role will be taking on new initiatives and projects to help shape wellbeing at the Firm, working with the Senior Reward and Benefits Manager in the design and delivery of benefits and wellbeing strategies at HSF and its associated firms in the growing APAC region.

The following are the key responsibilities : -

  • Benefits review and alignment projects, working with the Senior Manager, Reward and Benefits, benefits administrators and local HR teams;
  • Continuing to develop a benefits brand and benefits communication approach;
  • Implementing online benefits technology across the Region;
  • Working to ensure our benefits offering continues to evolve, is innovative and market leading and representative of our core values as a Firm;
  • Enhancing our wellbeing brand in the region and supporting the creation of a cohesive communication strategy in conjunction with our benefits brand and communications;
  • Helping to grow the wellbeing benefits and support we offer to employees across all pillars of wellbeing;
  • Delivering on key wellbeing initiatives for the region;
  • Using data to find key wellbeing issues in different areas of the region and supporting solutions to these;
  • Tracking the success of our wellbeing initiatives in the region; and
  • Being a key champion for the region for wellbeing and leading by example where possible.
  • Skills, experience and qualifications

    To be successful in this role, you should have / be :

  • At least 5 years' worth of wellbeing and / or benefits experience whether in consulting or within HR, or an HR generalist with some demonstrated experience in this area and a passion for benefits and wellbeing.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for an Adviser position;
  • Comfortable working within dynamic and developing structures and being involved in change projects including the introduction of new processes and technology;
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills;
  • Knowledge of the Asia Pacific market and legal / professional services industry- although this is not essential;
  • Client-focused, with strong interpersonal skills and good written and spoken English.
