The Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy and Operations organization partners with our Cloud sales organization in developing go-to-market strategies, providing business critical insights using analytics, ensuring cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helping teams conceptualize and execute strategic initiatives that will result in step change growth for the business.
We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with day-to-day execution, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
The GTM Territory Operations Lead will be a critical function in the APAC Cloud Sales Strategy and Operations team. You will be the central region lead accountable for operationalizing a comprehensive view of sales territory process management across both planning and operational time frames in the business cycle.
You will also work cross-functionally to increase awareness, adoption and effectiveness of prioritized global initiatives - focused on sales operations and elements of systems and tools.
You'll help drive programs such as Win-loss reviews in order to drive effective insights into our key wins and losses in the region.
You'll serve as lead for evaluating and escalating all cases being raised by sales and functional teams to the global CEC committee.
In addition, you will be a critical partner in working with the global change management team in landing large-scale change management programs in the region.
