Communications and Engagement Business Partner
Responsibilities include :
Build strong, credible relationships with stakeholders so that the Internal Comms and Engagement function is involved from the start in projects / initiatives that impact employees.
Proactively identify, influence and shape key communication projects that will impact our employees and will make a measurable difference to the business.
Translate business objectives and requirements into high impact Internal Communication and Engagement strategies and content which drive engagement and business performance.
Work in partnership with the Channels, Events and Brand Lead to deliver the necessary leadership engagement activities and events to inform and equip managers to communicate with their teams.
Work in partnership with the Channels, Events and Brand Lead plus external vendors to design and develop digital content that is on brand engaging and informative.
Source and write stories that authentically showcase our values, culture and people.
Ensure message consistency, alignment and relevant translation across JS&SHK
Manage projects from concept to delivery.
Provide advice and guidance to stakeholders on communications within our brand guidelines and how best to deliver impactful messages.
Degree holder in Communication, Marketing or related field.
Minimum 4-6 years’ experience in an internal / external communication related role
Excellent English and Chinese copywriting and editing skills able to tailor messaging according to different audiences and channels.
Ability to think strategically and analytically with excellent attention to detail.
Strong Interpersonal skills, project management skills and ability to influence and motivate others.
Strong organizing skills and drive for results.
