Located in our Hong Kong headquarter s , this opportunity is an integral part of a dynamic Corporate Innovation, Digital Transformation and Strategy team.

This role will support the Senior Director Guest Facing Applications to create the PMS Cloud shell and rolling out platform across hotels.

Key Responsibilities :

  • To manage the hotel implementation rollout of new Property Management System (PMS) across all hotels
  • To ensure the smooth migration process from the old PMS system to new PMS and maintain co-exist environment during the rollout
  • Working together with the project manager and the vendor to setup and apply LHG standard
  • To document any feature request based on the requirement and submit it to the vendor throughout the rollout process
  • To produce and manage issue tracking document
  • Responsible on change management process during the shell creation and pilot hotels
  • Work together with the vendor in setting up all integration to 3rd party system
  • To assist Senior Director - GFA in creating PMS Shell as per LHG Standard
  • Education

  • Essential : Primary degree that is technical, scientific or numerate
  • Experience

  • Essential : Technical background technical experience of working with key hotel industry systems
  • Essential : 4 years’ experience with Oracle Hospitality Products.
  • Essential : 2 year’ experience in System Implementation for new hotels
  • Desirable : 1 year experience in Hotel Management role including Hotel Operations, IT Functions and Accounting
  • Desirable : Experience at leading teams implementing corporate wide enterprise solutions
  • Skills :

  • Essential : Knowledge in Opera Enterprise Products or Shiji Enterprise Platform
  • Essential : Knowledge in SQL, Java, Oracle and Javascript
  • Other Attributes :
