In addition to our retail franchise in Cambodia, we ship internationally to 15 markets (Hong Kong, China, Philippines and Australia, New Zealand, US, Canada, Macau, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia & Brunei).

We are taking our definition of new female retail global, with our sights set on becoming the most thoughtful brand for the everyday woman.

The role will be integral to the success of Love, Bonito especially as we continue to expand our retail footprint in Hong Kong and Taiwan over the next few years.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping Love, Bonito through this exhilarating phase. This role will be based in Hong Kong and reports directly to the Regional Director of Hong Kong & Taiwan.

  • Main responsibilities

    Retail Operations

  • Assist offline and online team to resolve operation issues, optimise procedures and specific action plans to ensure all operation procedures are properly established and implemented
  • Act as a liaison between Store Managers and local / HQ departments ensuring smooth communications and operations; Collaborate and build strong relationship with both internal and external key stakeholders
  • Support retail team to enhance the store customer experience and drive sales performance by conducting weekly business reviews, giving qualitative feedback and reporting on store success and challenges
  • Maintain outstanding store conditions and work closely with Visual Merchandising direct report to optimise layout and displays in-store;
  • support brand and visual campaigns

  • Proactively monitor store inventory levels and ensure the highest level of inventory accuracy by making sure that the Stores in Charge are prioritising and ordering inventory as required
  • Ensure sound preparation work has been completed and facilitate Stock Taking exercises at several intervals in the year
  • Project Management

  • Coordinate and drive operations related projects including store development and opening, from planning to completion, within agreed cost, duration and quality regardless of store types and formats
  • Ensure transparency, accountability, and alignment; and risk and issue management, including documenting, communicating and facilitating resolutions or mitigation plans throughout the project lifecycle
  • Formulate project plan, prepare the budget and alignment with Finance and allocate resources across the key teams
  • Build SOP and track performances

  • Ensure operations process satisfies audit requirements and optimise SOP constantly; propose and manage new process execution
  • Enhance operational efficiency, assist monitoring operation costs and maximise sales profit by set tracking KPI and follow up with action plan
  • Develop Project Scope with the relevant stakeholders’ input to initiate project : Setting and aligning on clear milestones, objectives, KPIs, deliverables, resourcing requirements, and project timeline
  • Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience preferably in retail and operations management. Store opening project experience is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, fluent in Cantonese and English both spoken / written
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, with strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Fast learner and Able to handle fast pace working environments
