Job Responsibilities :

  • Represent the management in handling all guest enquiries, dealing with VIP guests, ensuring service excellence with extensive involvement in the Hotel Guest Loyalty programme
  • Act as coordinator and ensure prompt and adequate service delivered by various departments
  • Handle emergency cases in accordance with hotel group policies and procedures, such as ensuring the safety and security of all hotel guests and staff members
  • Assist the Front Office Manager in the management of the front office operations, and ensure the smooth running of reception and the guest service counter
  • Shift duty is required.
  • Weekend duty is required.
  • Requirements :

  • Degree or diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years guest service experience at the front desk at a supervisory level
  • Able to work under pressure and handle ad hoc projects when necessary
  • Excellent quality-oriented customer service skills
  • Mature and independent with good leadership, customer-oriented and inter-personal skills
  • Knowledge of the Fidelio System (Opera version) would be an advantage
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua would be a definite advantage
